
Amerks Player Profile: Brady Calla

Rochester Americans forward Brady Calla is this week's featured player on Amerks.com in the eighth installment of the team's summer player profiles. Calla split his rookie season between Rochester and the ECHL's Florida Everblades, where he recorded 10 points (3+7) and 37 penalty minutes in 49 combined professional games. The 22-year-old skated in 33 games this season with the Amerks, scoring one goal and assisting on five others for six points.
A native of Kelowna, British Columbia, Calla has appeared in 47 career American Hockey League games with the Amerks, notching 11 points (3+8) and 25 penalty minutes. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound forward was the Florida Panthers' third-round selection (73rd overall) in the 2006 National Hockey League Entry Draft.
