
American Hockey League Announces Addition to Front Office
September 25, 2014 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... American Hockey League President and CEO David Andrews announced today that Kinsey Janke has been named Coordinator of Digital Media and Communications for the AHL.
Janke joins the league office having most recently worked as a media relations assistant for the San Antonio Rampage in 2013-14. Her experience in the AHL also includes internships with the Providence Bruins and Syracuse Crunch.
A native of Skaneateles, N.Y., Janke graduated with honors from Roger Williams University with a degree in media communications.
In operation since 1936, the AHL continues to serve as the top development league for all 30 National Hockey League teams. More than 88 percent of today's NHL players are American Hockey League graduates, and for the 13th year in a row, more than 6 million fans attended AHL games across North America in 2013-14.
