Amarillo Dusters Announce Grand Opening

The Amarillo Dusters announced today that they will host the grand opening of their new team headquarters and team merchandise store in downtown Amarillo on Wednesday, February 22nd at 11:00 am. The new headquarters are located at 600 South Tyler, on the first floor of Chase Tower. The Dusters offices are on the north end of the building, and face 6th street.
"We are serious about elevating our entire organization to another level," said Dusters General Manager Warren McCarty. "We have beautiful, glass window offices at the base of the tallest building in between DFW and Denver. We're visible from the street. The Chase Tower is a historic landmark in Amarillo, and it's very close to the civic center. We also have great new merchandise in our store, and we know that our fans will appreciate the convenience of our new headquarters."
Mayor Debra McCartt will conduct the ribbon-cutting along with members of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce. Also, several Dusters players and dancers as well as season ticket holders and local business partners will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting and celebration.
The public is invited to attend, and refreshments will be provided. For fans that are unable to attend the ceremony, the Dusters store will remain open until 7:00 pm that night as well. For more information, please feel free to contact the Dusters offices at (806) 322-7277.
