All-Star Lineman Doran Yilla Returns for 2006

EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats are excited to announce that 2005 UIF All-Star Offensive Lineman Doran Yilla has signed a contract to play for the Evansville BlueCats in the upcoming 2006 indoor football season. 2006 will be Yilla's third season with the team. He also played for the BlueCats in 2004 and 2005. Yilla has started in all 30 games he's played during his time in Evansville. His 30 games played puts him in a tie for second most games played in team history.
Evansville BlueCats Head Coach John Hart said, "We're really excited to have a player like Doran on board. He was recognized by the league last year for being one of the best players in the UIF and we're looking forward to him having another great season."
Originally from Houston, Texas, Yilla is a 2001 graduate of Western Illinois University. He played college football for the WIU Leathernecks and earned All-Conference honors twice.
