Alexis Perry Joins MLL Championship Weekend
October 3, 2019 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) News Release
Boston - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today that Alexis Perry, reporter and producer for the Denver Broncos, will be the in-game emcee for MLL Championship Weekend.
Perry joined the Denver Broncos as a reporter and on-air talent in July 2019 and is currently the host of "Broncos Beat" which airs Mondays at 6:30pm on TV20. She has also worked as a sideline reporter for MLL and the Denver Outlaws throughout the season and is engaged throughout all the major sports teams in Denver.
Not only will Perry be the emcee for Championship Weekend, but she will also be the host of this year's third annual MLL Honors awards ceremony. MLL Honors is the annual award show that's held on the eve of the MLL Championship Game and highlights the best players and moments from the MLL season. The event will be held on Saturday, October 5th at the Union Station in Denver, CO.
With MLL Championship Weekend being held in Denver this year, Perry's connection to the state of Colorado and Denver sports has made her the perfect fit for the role of emcee and host of MLL Honors for this year. With her connection to the Denver Broncos, who shares the same ownership as the Outlaws, Perry is as connected to this year's event as anyone. The University of Colorado alum is going to play a major role in the upcoming Championship Weekend as well as the final days of the 2019 MLL season.
