Albany, New York - The Albany Legends have announced the signing of guard Kenny Satterfield for their inaugural season of play at the historic Washington Avenue Armory.
A former standout at the University of Cincinnati, Satterfield was drafted in the second round of the 2001 NBA draft, and went on to play with the Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers. The exciting guard comes to Albany, after most recently playing in the NBDL and overseas.
A clear team leader and entertaining player with a solid basketball resume, Legends Head Coach Derrick Rowland expects Kenny to establish himself quickly in the International Basketball League as a player to watch. "I have no doubt that Kenny will come to play, and give us 100%. I look forward to his arrival at the end of the month," says Rowland.
