Albany Legends Announce Youth Basketball Tournament

- The Albany Legends announce today the first annual Legends
Youth Basketball 2009 Round Ball Classic to be held on Saturday December 26, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Gym, 607 Central Avenue in Albany, NY.
5th and 6th Grade Boys basketball programs from around the area will compete for Gold,
Silver and Bronze Albany Legends Medals, starting at 9am and running throughout the day.
Legend's Head Coach Derrick Rowland organized the tournament, in partnership with Blessed Sacrament School CYO and the Colonie Youth Center. "The Legends have made a strong commitment to be part of the community and this is a great opportunity to enjoy some fun and exciting youth basketball competition on the Saturday after Christmas".
The public is invited to attend and support the boys as they battle for the first ever "Legend's Gold".
Stayed tuned for more tournaments and Boys and Girls youth events throughout the winter and spring of 2010.
