AFL to Debut on ESPN3

March 14, 2014 - Arena Football League (AFL) News Release


CHICAGO - Arena Football fans will once again be able to watch AF L games in 2014, as more than 85 games will be carried live on ESPN3 at no additional cost to fans who receive their Internet or video subscription from an affiliated provider.

Fans can also navigate to ArenaFootball.com to watch games on the AFL Live video player. The only contests t hat will not be streamed are the games being televised nati onally on the CBS Sports Network, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNEWS.

All games carried on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNEWS and ESPN3 are accessible via WatchESPN on computers, smartphones, tablets, Xbox, Apple TV and Roku. ESPN3 is also available at no cost to U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel on computers, smartphones and tablets connected to on-campus educational and on-base military broadband and Wi-Fi networks.

Six Week 1 games will be delivered on ESPN3, including:

- Friday, March 14: New Orleans VooDoo at Tampa Bay Storm (7:30 p.m. EST)

- Saturday, March 15: Cleveland Gladiators at Pittsburgh Power (5:00 p.m. EST)

- Saturday, March 15: Los Angeles KISS at San Antonio Talons (8:00 p.m. EST)

- Saturday, March 15: Philadelphia Soul at Arizona Rattlers (9:00 p.m. EST)

- Saturday, March 15: Iowa Barnstormers at Spokane Shock (10:00 p.m. EST)

- Sunday, March 16: Jacksonville Sharks at Orlando Predators (4:00 p.m. EST)
