AFL expansion draft live on internet September 26

NEW YORK - For the fifth straight season, media and fans will have an opportunity to follow the AFL Expansion Draft live via www.arenafootball.com on Monday, September 26. The draft will start at 1 p.m. ET with the Utah Blaze participating.
The draft is a crucial first step in acquiring players for Utah. Four of the last eight expansion teams - Chicago Rush, Dallas Desperados, Detroit Fury and New Orleans VooDoo - each qualified for the playoffs in their first season. New Orleans won the Southern Division in 2004.
The online coverage will feature details about each of the Blaze's selections including headshots, bios and statistics.
The Expansion Draft will be conducted via telephone conference and consists of a maximum of 20 rounds. A maximum of five minutes per selection is allowed in each round. If the time limit expires, the pick is forfeited. Trades between Utah and other clubs may be made at any time prior to and during the draft.
