CHICAGO - J. Lewis Small Company (JLS), a manufacturer of quality championship rings and watches has reached an agreement with the arenafootball2 league (af2) as the title sponsor of both the weekly and annual Ironman award. The Ironman Award is one of the most historic and prestigious in Arena Football, presented to the true "ironmen" of the game, outstanding players that play both offense and defense.
Through this partnership, JLS will become the official manufacturer of af2 watches and ArenaCup championship rings.
"We are thrilled to introduce JLS as a partner of af2," commented league President Jerry Kurz. "The quality of JLS is the standard that we look for to offer to our fans and players."
As the manufacturer of championship rings for many college bowl games, JLS is excited about the opportunity of branching out to Arena Football.
"Our products are a way for athletes and fans to show off their passion for their schools and teams," said JLS Vice President Michael Hock. "We look forward to matching the passion that is found throughout arenafootball2."
Added Johhny Strack, JLS CFO, "this partnership with the af2 presents us with a tremendous opportunity to reach out to a more diverse fan base."
Each weekly award winner will receive a custom designed af2 watch courtesy of JLS.
