af2 forges new partnership with American Payroll & Business Solutions

CHICAGO - The arenafootball2 league and Manchester, NH-based American Payroll & Business Solutions, LLC have entered into a multi-year partnership that designates American Payroll as the official payroll service provider of the af2.
Under the new agreement, American Payroll will handle the weekly paycheck processing for over 800 League employees, including officials, coaches, players, and league office executives. The af2 will be able to offer American Payroll a number of branding opportunities and an increased national presence through the league's 30-team membership and multiple media platforms.
"We (af2) are excited to announce this new relationship with an up-and-coming business like American Payroll," said af2 President Jerry Kurz. "They are also fans of our league and see the great potential this association can create for everyone involved."
American Payroll is a small but steadily growing local company that has been in business for just over three years in Manchester. Despite their young roots in the community, American Payroll has quickly established itself as a major player in the Southern New Hampshire market thanks to its strong customer service record and competitive pricing.
"We're extremely pleased about teaming up with the af2, a league that is growing by leaps and bounds," said American Payroll President Bill Pletch, who has 15 years of industry experience. "We're looking to showcase our company to a larger target audience and feel that through our partnership with af2, we can really highlight our services and open some doors to other teams throughout the league and beyond."
Pletch became familiar with the af2 product over the last three years after first being introduced to the game from a fan's perspective by watching his area's local team, the Manchester Wolves. In fact, Pletch took his daughter to the Wolves' first game in Manchester during the team's inaugural season of 2004.
