Reno Aces News Release

RENO, Nev.- The Reno Aces will transform into the Reno Ghost Riders for "What Could Have Been Weekend" July 12--15, the club announced today.

The club will explore what things would be like if the team had been named the Ghost Riders, one of the original names suggested as the team made plans to move to Reno. The Ghost Riders name will appear on the team's official website, in advertisements and throughout the ballpark during the series.

Limited edition merchandise with the Ghost Riders logo, including shirts, fitted caps, and a limited number of special edition lapel pins, will be available for purchase in the Aces Team Store. A majority of the items will feature a glow-in-the-dark logo.

During the homestand, the Aces will wear special Ghost Riders jerseys and caps. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned on Sunday, with proceeds benefiting to the Reno Aces Foundation. The game-worn caps will be auctioned off online following the series.

Saturday night's game will feature a special What Could Have Been Weekend Bobblehead giveaway presented by KOLO 8 News Now.

First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m. the first three nights, with a 1:05 p.m. start Sunday.

Tickets for all home games are on-sale now at RenoAces.com, by calling 334-7000 or visiting the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office. Discounted full and partial season ticket packages are still available, as well. For up-to-date news and notes throughout the season, visit www.RenoAces.com, follow the club on Twitter (@aceball) or like the team on Facebook.
