ABA's Nashville Broncs Play Home Opener Friday, November 14 at Municipal Auditorium

NASHVILLE (11/11/08) - After kicking off their inaugural season this past Saturday night, by routing the Knoxville Thunderbolts by a score of 133-91, the American Basketball Association's new expansion franchise Nashville Broncs play their first home game this Friday night at Nashville Municipal Auditorium against Winston-Salem Storm. Doors open at 6 PM and tip-off is at 7:30 PM.

Besides offering fast-paced and high-scoring basketball played by star players well-known to the Metro area, the Broncs will live up to the ABA's motto "More than just a game" by treating basketball fans to a plethora of family-fun activities and entertainment, including a Half-Time performance by country singer, Mindy McCready. Pre-Game entertainment begins at 6:30 PM local R&B artist, RIO.

Nashville Broncs owner Scott Lumley comments, "We are offering local access to exciting professional basketball and great overall family entertainment at an accessible price."
