ABALiveTalk suspended
Published on July 29, 2006 under American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Derrick Pearson, host of ABALIVETALK, announces the suspension of the weekly talk show on the leagues web site at www.abalive.com.
The one hour show ran each Saturday and will attempt to make its archives available at http://www.podcastdirectory.com/podcasts/index.php?iid=5189.
Pearson wishes the American Basketball Association "every bit of success that it can have" and thanks the owners, coaches, players, staffs and fans of the league for the thousands of emails received. "The ABA has been a huge part of my life the past two years, and I have grown throughout my time with the league" said Pearson.

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
