
ABA Summer Pro League schedule and teams announced

Westchester, CA. The ABA Summer Pro League has announced its list of teams and the daily schedule of games and events on its website - www.9SportsEntertainmnet.com. Additional information including team rosters will be posted shortly. Opening ceremonies will be 130pm Friday, August 5th as the First Annual Southern California ABA Summer Pro League kick's off action. You won't want to miss it!
Along with multiple daily game, the ABA Xperience will be packed full of interactive activities for all ages. A host of local talent, contests, youth basketball clinics with instruction from ABA and NBA pros, merchandise, food and prizes.
Tickets to the ABASPL can be purchased on-line now. Single day and Summer Passes are available. Adult tickets are $7 and Youth Tickets are $3. Tickets will be available at the Westchester High School Boys Gymnasium Box Office on the day of games - Aug 5-20.
A good group of training enrollees attended the Training Boot Camp registration on July 28th. Select enrollees will attend Training Boot Camp Orientation between Aug 1-3 while continuing their training throughout the ABA Summer Pro League. Of note were several enrollees interested in training as scorekeeper and statistician with some previous experience. In addition, many experienced candidates submitted resumes for consideration. Nine Sports Entertainment, owners of the ABA Inglewood team, plan to conduct a Job Fair and another Training Opportunity before the regular season begins.
More than 20 ABASPL hopefuls attended the 3-day Tryout Combine that ended July 28th. Players underwent a vigorous workout and scrimmages under the watchful eye and instruction of ABA Inglewood's team head coach, Sean Higgins. You'll see some of these players at the ABA Summer Pro League vying for the title of ABASPL Champs. Player profiles will be posted on the website soon.
