
ABA and Headgear, Inc. introduce exclusive Legends merchandise

Indianapolis, IN. The ABA and Headgear, Inc., the Official Apparel Company of the professional basketball league, today announced the introduction of its exclusive ABA Legends line including ABA All Star Jerseys and Image T-Shirts. The ABA played from 1967-1976 and featured an up tempo style of basketball that attracted a whole new generation of loyal fans. According to Jeff Kirschbaum, Headgear Vice President of Sales, "This new line was designed to highlight the heritage of that ABA with legends such as Julius Erving, Rick Barry, George Gervin, Earl Monroe, Connie Hawkins, Spencer Haywood, Freddie Lewis and Marvin Barnes." He added, "These high quality jerseys and t-shirts are designed to focus attention on the players who pioneered basketball and the league as we know it today."
