ABA and Global Triad announce new IPTV sports network portal

Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Global Triad, Inc. (OTC: GBTD) is a publicly-traded company currently on the Over the Counter. Global Triad has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global TV, has produced four ABA professional basketball games and has made them available over Global TV's new IPTV Sports Network portal (www.iptvsn.com) for tape delayed and live feeds. These games and other sporting events, including professional boxing, cannot be seen anywhere else. According to Anthony Mellone, Global CEO, "The ABA is truly exciting professional basketball; the players are tremendous. This will give the entire world the opportunity to see how much fun the ABA game is and how talented the players are. The ABA All Star game is one of the four we've produced thus far - and it was a fabulous game."
Global will begin their Pay-Per-View broadcast model in early Q-2 2006. Global TV has coordinated its efforts with Global Triad's WiFi division, Global WiFi Plus, who have set up all of the steaming presently testing the stored taped streaming fees for the four produced events which include the All Star game.
