AAL Playoff Picture Set

June 6, 2019 - American Arena League (AAL) News Release

In 2017, at the request of the owners, late in the season the American Arena League (formerly the APF) changed it's playoff format to only include it's top teams.

Periodically, during the 2019 season, AAL owners inquired if the playoff format could be adjusted to only include the first place teams within each of the four divisions.

Each first place team was given the option to host a quarter final playoff game or receive a Bye. Due to Charlotte's hockey team making it to the finals, contractually, the arena had to readjust it's schedule and the potential playoff dates for the AAL's Carolina Energy were no longer available. The Carolina Energy accepted the Bye.

Jersey Flight at West VA - Saturday, June 8 at 7:05

Indianapolis at West Michigan - Saturday, June 8 at 7:05

Cape Fear at Carolina Havoc - Tuesday, June 11 at 7:05
