MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA: The Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox are re-partnering with 93Q Q-munity Radio for the 2018 season. "93Q is heavily involved in the local community and we loved working with them last season. We know they bleed blue and gold for the Gold Sox," said VP/GM Michael Mink.
Last season, 93Q gave fans the ballpark experience on the radio as each home game was broadcasted live. They also brought nostalgia to the ballpark with Rockin' 80's Wednesday at Colusa Casino Stadium. "Nothing says summer like baseball and radio! We are thrilled to be a part of it," says 93Q's Robert "Fisch" Fischetti.
This season, each home game will be broadcasted live on 93.3FM with Todd Kuhnen giving you a play-by-play look into the game and Sam "Shark" Cota doing color commentary.
The Gold Sox are kicking off Opening Day (presented by Colusa Casino) on Friday, June 1st against the 2017 GWL Champion Medford Rogues.
