Jackals Fall to Rox in Twin-Bill; Finish 2025 with a 28-65 Record
September 1, 2025 - BROCKTON, MASS. - The New Jersey Jackals (28-65) got swept by the Brockton Rox (38-54) in Sunday's doubleheader. The Rox claimed the opener on a Jeter Ybarra walk-off single. Trey Ciulla-Hall drove in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth inning in game two, resulting in a Rox 5-4 win.
In game one, Brockton raced out to a 6-0 lead on two three-run home runs in the first and second innings from Derek Bender and Tommy Kretzler.

Jackals Split Twin-Bill Behind Martzolf's Complete Game Shutout
August 30, 2025 - BROCKTON, MASS. - The New Jersey Jackals (28-63) split a doubleheader with the Brockton Rox (36-54). Brockton claimed game one 12-4. The Jackals answered with a 5-0 win in game two.
In the opener, Jake DeLeo opened the scoring with a solo home run in the second inning. In the fourth frame, Issac Bellony doubled in Gilberto Torres to extend the Jackals' lead to 2-0.

Jackals Drop Series Opener to Tri-City
August 26, 2025 - The New Jersey Jackals (27-60) fell to the Tri-City ValleyCats (58-33) 8-5.
The ValleyCats opened the scoring in the top of the second on a Jake Reinisch two-run home run that also scored Oscar Campos.
Trailing 2-0, New Jersey took the lead in the bottom of the fourth inning. Arbert Cipion hit his first of two home runs, a solo shot to slice the gap down to 2-1. Later in the frame, Issac Bellony lined a two-run home run that drove in Sam Angelo, propelling the Jackals ahead 3-2.

Max Martzolf Earns Frontier League Pitcher of the Week Award
August 25, 2025 - PATERSON, N.J. - New Jersey Jackals left-handed pitcher Max Martzolf has been named the Frontier League Pitcher of the Week for the week of August 19th-August 24th. This is his first weekly honor and the first for the Jackals in 2025.
The rookie reliever made three appearances over the last week. He tossed 1.1 innings on Wednesday against the Down East Bird Dawgs where he allowed no runs on just one hit and struck out three.
