September 6, 2026 - FRESNO, Calif. - For all the highs and lows, the Fresno Grizzlies 2026 season came to an end Sunday afternoon, falling 5-3 to the San Jose Giants in the season finale at Chukchansi Park.
San Jose jumped out to an early lead, scoring twice in the first on a Lorenzo Meola leadoff homer and a Drew Smith RBI single, then adding another run in the third to make it 3-0, with Grif Hughes chased after a fourth Giants run in the fifth pushed the deficit to 4-0.
