October 6, 2025 - BASEBALL Atlantic League: The independent Atlantic League's dormant Spire City Ghost Hounds (Frederick, MD) team will sit out the 2026 season to again allow the league to operate with an even number of ten teams. The Ghost Hounds will return when the league expands to 12 teams. The team has been idle since playing its first and only season in 2023. The team's ownership also owns the Frederick Keys team, which will be moving from the Major League Baseball Draft League to the affiliated High-A South Atlantic League in 2026.... Full Story

Comets Set November 29 for Home Opener

October 4, 2025 - KANSAS CITY, MO - The Kansas City Comets are excited to announce that their 2025-26 home schedule will begin on Saturday, November 29, at Cable Dahmer Arena. The opponent for the home opener, along with the complete schedule of 12 regular-season home games and 24 games in total, will be announced at a later date. Harrisburg Heat Announces Move to Hersheypark Arena

October 3, 2025 - The Harrisburg Heat have agreed to relocate to the Hersheypark Arena in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As the MASL continues to improve arena standards and focus on expansion, Hershey will provide and exceed all of the minimum standards. In addition, Chocolate World and other venues will be open during the season to offer additional benefits for fans.
