Skyforce Acquire Kadeem Jack from Reno Bighorns

SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that the team has traded Luis Montero and their own 2017 second round draft pick to the Reno Bighorns in exchange for power forward Kadeem Jack and the returning player rights to Vince Hunter. The trade will become complete pending physicals by each player.

Jack, a 6-9, 235-pound power forward joins the Skyforce after having appeared in 30 games (two starts) for the Reno Bighorns so far in the 2016-17 season. In total, Jack has appeared in 73 regular season NBA Development League games for the Reno Bighorns and the Fort Wayne Mad Ants over the last two seasons combined, averaging career numbers of 8.5 points and 3.9 rebounds in just over 14 minutes per game.

A season ago, Jack started in all three of the Bighorns' post season games, averaging 13.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game while shooting 93 percent from the field in that span.

Vince Hunter, a 6-10, 210-pound forward out of UTEP played 32 games (all starts) for the Reno Bighorns during the 2015-16 season, averaging 21.8 points and 11.3 rebounds per game. Hunter has been overseas since February of 2016, most recently averaging 14.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game for Avtodor Saratov of the VTB United and BCL leagues.
