The Rapid City Marshals are pleased to announce our Offensive Line Coach, Matthew Wells.
Matthew (Matt) played all four years at Lake Region High School in Florida. In his four junior and senior seasons he accumulated over 158 tackles and 39 sacks and won defensive lineman of the year.
After his high school career Matt played one season at Lindenwood before trying out for Arena Football and has been playing since 2012 in leagues such as the UIFL, AIF, AAL, EIF, and NAL.
In his ten arena seasons, he has been a part of two championship wins and been awarded three Defensive Players of the Year.
Currently, Matt is moving into his third season of Juco/Prep. During the 2022 season, he served as a Head Coach/OC in the Arena Football Association and also as CEO & Scouting Agent in his own company called Grind 2 Shine Athletics Sports Agency.
