Knights Assigned Two International Players

MACON, Ga. - The Macon Knights front office announced today that the arenafootball2 league office assigned two international players to the Knights for the 2006 season. The Knights were assigned five people in total today.

In this round of assignments the Knights only see one familiar face in OL/DL Marco McGee, who in 2005 had 4.5 tackles, one pass breakup, two quarterback hurries, and one forced fumble in the eight games he played with the Knights.

The Knights also have new comers in FB/LB Clifford Browning who is entering his first season in the af2 from Clark University. Another new face is WR/DB Reggie Perkins who played college football at Memphis and he is entering his fourth season in the af2.

The Knights have also been assigned two international players; international players give the Knights the ability to have an extra roster spot. The Knights have been assigned OL/DL Chris Bochen from Manitoba Canada, this will be his second season in the af2. The other international player is K Byung Yoon who played his collegiate football at Cal-Poly but is originally from Korea.
