
Kings Assign Malachi Richardson to the Bighorns

Reno, Nev. ---- The Sacramento Kings today announced the team has assigned guard Malachi Richardson to the Reno Bighorns.
Richardson is averaging 3.4 points (.385 FG%, .333 3pt%) in 6.5 minutes per contest in five games for Sacramento. Ranked 9th in D-League scoring, Richardson averaged 21.0 points (.426 FG%, .440 3pt%, .763 FT%), 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 35.0 minutes per contest in 11 games (10 starts) for Reno, including a season-high 32 points (12-22 FG, 3-5 3pt, 5-7 FT), four rebounds and two assists against the Rio Grande Vipers in his last contest with the Bighorns (Dec. 11).
Richardson is expected to be in uniform for the Bighorns next contest against the Austin Spurs tomorrow night at the Reno Events Center.
