Westchester Knicks' Todd Mayo Suspended

NEW YORK, December 16, 2014 - The NBA Development League today announced that Westchester Knicks guard Todd Mayo has been suspended for one game for swinging at Bakersfield guard Chris Wright's head during live game play against the Jam in Westchester on Dec. 13.
The incident, which resulted in Mayo being assessed a Flagrant Foul 2 and ejected from the game, occurred with 5:52 remaining in the third quarter.
Mayo will serve his suspension during the next NBA D-League game in which he is eligible to play. The Knicks next play on Wednesday, Dec. 17 when the team travels to face the Canton Charge.
