Bowling Green, KY - In conjunction with the Tampa Bay Rays, the Bowling Green Hot Rods announce that LHP Sean Bierman has been promoted to the Advanced-A Charlotte Stone Crabs. With no other corresponding move made, the Hot Rods roster sits at one under its maximum of 25 players.
Bierman made his Hot Rods debut in August of 2012 after being promoted from Short Season-A Hudson Valley and is 6-5 with a 3.43 ERA in 15 starts as a Hot Rod. The lefty and Kinnelon, NJ native was a tenth round selection by the Rays in 2012 out of the University of Tampa.
