Cranbrook, BC - Jeff Chynoweth, General Manager of the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club, today announced the club has named 17-year-old Forward Sam Reinhart as Captain for the 2013-2014 season.
"Leadership is important on any team and it comes from within. Sam has been the leader of his peer group on and off the ice since joining the Club two years ago. Not only is he an elite player, but he has the respect of all his teammates and coaching staff with his work ethic and commitment to excellence" added Chynoweth.
