SPLITTING HAIRS: The Ice came away with two points after splitting a pair of road contests with Youngstown on Friday and Saturday. Indy surrendered three third-period goals in Friday's 5-1 loss to Youngstown with Austin Ortega scoring the lone goal for the Ice. Anderson Snair recorded 33 saves on 38 shots. Ortega tallied two more weekend goals on Saturday as Indy topped the Phantoms 4-3. Alex Talcott and Zach Aman also scored for the Ice as Dalton Izyk compiled 29 saves on 32 shots for the win.

TEARING INTO THE TWINE: With a three-goal weekend, Austin Ortega moved back into a tie for second place in the USHL with 24 goals this year. The University of Nebraska-Omaha commitment has been a goal-scoring dynamo for Indy since being acquired in an off-season trade with Cedar Rapids. He currently leads the Ice in scoring with 42 points (24G, 18A) and has posted a team-leading four

multiple-goal games this season.

SAINTS COME MARCHING IN: The Ice welcome the USHL's premier team in the Dubuque Fighting Saints this weekend. Dubuque arrives in the "Circle City" on the heels of a three-game winning streak and owns a league best record of 29-6-3. It is the first meeting between the two clubs since Indiana defeated the Saints three games to none in last year's first round USHL playoff series.

PLAYER REPORTS: Brian Morgan returned to the line-up after missing five games due to injury and registered an assist in Saturday's win...Mikhail Plotnikov has six points (G, 5A) in the past five games and nine points (2G, 7A) in his past ten games...Dalton Izyk is 5-2-1 in his last eight games in net.

TEAM SHEETS: Saturday's win snapped a three-game losing streak...Indy has recorded 93 shots on net in their last three games...The Ice has the league's second lowest penalty minute per game average (13.74)...Indy is fourth best in the league in home power play conversion (21.6%)...Indy is 5-2-2 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse this season.
