
Oklahoma City Thunder Assign Perry Jones to NBA D-League Affiliate Tulsa 66ers

NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2012 - The Oklahoma City Thunder today assigned rookie forward Perry Jones to the Tulsa 66ers, the Thunder's NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the first for Jones and the 34th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons.
Jones (6-11, 235, Baylor) has appeared in 10 games for the Thunder this season, averaging 1.2 points, 1.4 rebounds and 7.6 minutes. Originally selected 28th overall in the 2012 NBA Draft by the Thunder, Jones was a two year contributor for the Bees. In 63 career NCAA games, he averaged 13.7 points, 7.4 rebounds and 32.3 minutes.
Jones is expected to join the 66ers today and be available when the team hosts the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
