BOUCHERVILLE, Friday October 2nd, 2012 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League was informed by the Nova Scotia Labor Board, that the organization claiming to represent Canadian Hockey League's players has withdrawn its application for certification of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles. This means that the vote, scheduled for this afternoon has been cancelled.
