Vipers Announce Staff Promotions

The NBA Development League Rio Grande Valley Vipers today announced the promotion of two staff members within the organization. Former Vice President of Corporate Sales, Laura Cisneros, has been named the new Executive Vice President. Meanwhile, former Group Sales Manager, Andre Burns, has been named Vice President of Corporate Sales.
"We are excited to announce the promotion of two of our staff members. Both Laura and Andre have worked extremely hard for these promotions and I look forward to seeing how their dedication will help the Vipers organization as they fulfill their duties in these new roles," President Bert Garcia said.
Cisneros is a Rio Grande Valley native and holds a marketing degree from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. St. Louis, Mo. native, Burns, graduated with a sports management degree from Western Missouri State University, where he also played football.
Former Executive Vice President, Shu Muthyala, recently accepted a position as General Manager of Ticket Sales at Rice University.
