Erie BayHawks News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania, Wednesday, November 30 - The Erie BayHawks have acquired guard B.J. Jenkins from the NBA Development League's available player pool.
Jenkins (6-0, 205) played collegiately at Murray State where during his senior season he averaged 11.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
Erie's roster currently stands at 11 players. On Monday the NBA D-League announced teams are permitted to temporarily expand rosters up to 12 players in preparation for the start of NBA training camps.
Erie's first home game on Thursday features a spectacular halftime show as the world-renowned "Red Panda" will entertain fans with her amazing talents, and the first 1,000 fans will get a magnet schedule courtesy of United Way and Penelec.
