Worcester Sharks Single Game Tickets for 2010-11 Season on Sale Sunday, September 12

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President Michael A. Mudd announced today that single game tickets for the Sharks fifth season of hockey at the DCU Center will go on sale to the public on Sunday, September 12, at 10AM at the DCU Center Box Office. This will be your first opportunity to purchase tickets for the raising of the Worcester Sharks Atlantic Division banner on opening night at the DCU Center vs. the Providence Bruins on Saturday, October 23.
Gold level adult tickets are $20.00 this season, with adult teal level tickets priced at $16.00. Senior, youth, and military tickets are $12.00 for the gold and teal levels. Tickets may be purchased at the DCU Center Box Office or by contacting Ticketmaster at (617) 931-2000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
"Sharks single game ticket prices are among the most affordable in the American Hockey League," said Mudd. "We are extremely excited for the upcoming season by providing affordable, family friendly entertainment at the DCU Center for a fifth year. The Sharks look forward to defend the regular season Atlantic Division title while making the Calder Cup playoffs for the fourth time in five years."

Senior and kid flex packages are just $107.50.
The team has planned several special fifth anniversary promotions throughout the season; including the raising of the Atlantic Division regular season championship banner on opening night, several bobblehead giveaways, a celebration of Worcester hockey history, sports celebrity signings, and much, much, more.
In conjunction with the milestone, the team has designed a special "V" logo and marketing campaign to be utilized throughout the fifth anniversary season. All season long, the team will wear a fifth anniversary patch on their sweater.
