Gems Announce Season Theme for 2010-11

Dayton, OH- The Dayton Gems Ownership Group, proud member of the Central Hockey League, announced today that the teams new season theme for the 2010-11 season will be "We Believe." The theme's purpose is to highlight the fact that the Gems believe in everything relating to hockey and community involvement in Dayton, along with creating new memorable experiences for the fans through game night operations and new merchandise.

"Our staff has been working very diligently to come up with the right theme for this season," said Gems President Joe Greene. "After a number of suggestions and discussions about what we wanted the theme to be about and what it should represent, we were unanimous in our decision of choosing "We Believe". We feel that this open ended theme can be applied to anything we do on and off the ice and that's what we want the fans, media and local community to know our organization is about."
