Montreal - The Montreal Juniors and the Gatineau Olympiques faced off at centre Robert-Guertin in Gatineau for the sixth match of their playoff series. The Juniors headed into the game with a lead in the series for the second time, joining Drummondville and St-John who have already qualified for the quarter finals. The Olympiques won the game tonight with a final score of 4-1, forcing game seven of this series, to be held in Montreal. The series is currently tied at 3-3, with the Juniors having home ice advantage in what could be their final game.

Adam Janosik opened the scoring in the first period with his 3rd goal of the series. In the second, Guillaume Asselin tied the game with assists from Xavier Ouellet and Trevor Parkes. Three minutes into the third period Olivier Groteau gave Gatineau the lead once again. Denis Kindl and Yoan Pinette also scored shutting down Montreal's chances of coming back.

Jean-François Bérubé had another solid performance for the Juniors, stopping 24 of 28 shots on net. Maxime Clermont stopped 18 of 19 shots for the Olympiques.

Pascal Vincent's troops will head back into the city with two days rest before facing elimination on Tuesday March 30th at 7:35 in the Verdun Auditorium.
