
Robin Gusse Named Defensive Rookie Of The Year

CHICOUTIMI, Tuesday, March 23, 2010 - Chicoutimi Saguenéens goaltender Robin Gusse received the Raymond-Lagacé Trophy as the 2009-10 Defensive Rookie of the Year during a special pre-game ceremony held tonight at the Georges-Vézina Center.
Chicoutimi Saguenéens Governor Gervais Munger handed the trophy over to the 16-year-old rookie.
Gusse, a first round pick (17th overall) in the last QMJHL Entry Draft, played in thirty-nine games this season. He completed the campaign with sixteen wins, including three by shutout. He also posted a 3.67 goals-against-average and .881 save percentage.
