
RailCats To Conduct National Anthem Tryouts April 9-10

GARY, Ind. - The Gary SouthShore RailCats will hold their annual audition for National Anthem singers Friday, April 9 and Saturday, April 10 at U. S. Steel Yard. The RailCats are seeking talented individuals and groups to perform the Star-Spangled Banner at all 50 home games and six Canadian National Anthem performers.
The tryouts will take place from 4-6 p.m. on Friday and continue from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday. Applicants must perform either the Star-Spangled Banner or O Canada and should enter through the RailCats Entry located on the West side of U. S. Steel Yard.
The RailCats will open the 2010 season Thursday, May 20 at 7 p.m. at U. S. Steel Yard against the Kansas City T-Bones.
