JOLIET, IL- The JackHammers latest billboard will be unveiled at the Westfield Louis Joliet Shoppingtown this week. The signage is coinciding with the Orange Crush's latest sales location at the mall and will be located just outside of the Cinemark entrance. Check out the billboard's movie theme on your next trip to Louis Joliet and stop by the kiosk for all your JackHammer merchandise and ticket needs.
"We are gearing up for what we hope to be the best season in JackHammers history, and we hope that this partnership with Westfield Louis Joliet is only the tip of the iceberg!" said JackHammers Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator Margaret Dixon. "The signage and kiosk at the mall are a great way for the JackHammers to reach out to our fans and those shoppers who do not know about the JackHammers yet."
Loose Gravel: The Joliet JackHammers 2010 Home Opener will be Friday, May 28th at 7:10pm against the Lake County Fielders, one of two Northern League expansion teams. Season tickets, Flex Packs, group outings, and suites are now available by contacting the JackHammers ticketing department or stopping by the newest Orange Crush sales location inside the Westfield Louis Joliet Shoppingtown.

End of an Era JackHammers Controversial I-80 Billboard to Come Down This Week
JOLIET, IL- The most controversial billboard in JackHammers history will come down off of its I-80 pedestal this week. The "God" billboard, as it is commonly referred to, stirred up much talk in the Joliet area over the last three months. The advertisement went up in December of 2009 in support of the JackHammers Faith promotion, in which the club gave ten percent of their December ticket sales to a local church.
"The âGod' billboard has been the talk of Joliet since it went up in December. We feel like the billboard has been successful in generating a buzz around what will certainly be the most exciting and entertaining season of JackHammer baseball ever," said General Manager Jamie Toole. "Though some have viewed the billboard as controversial, it is undoubtedly the end of an era as this billboard comes down this week."
