Maineiacs & State Farm Present 7th Annual Teddy Toss On Sunday

LEWISTON, ME -- The Lewiston MAINEiacs will be celebrating their 7th annual Teddy Toss presented by State Farm Insurance, this Sunday, December 13 against the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles at 4:00 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to bring a new, or clean teddy bear/stuffed toy to Sunday's game. When the MAINEiacs score their first goal of the game, fans may toss the stuffed toys onto the ice to celebrate the goal. The stuffed toys are collected and then donated to local children's charities and to those less fortunate during the holiday season.

Throughout the past six seasons, the MAINEiacs and their fans have donated over 6,000 stuffed animals and teddy bears to local charities with this great promotion. Help us make a difference in someone's life this Sunday, by participating in this year's Teddy Toss.
