Sightings Continue

October 29, 2009 - Northern League (NL) Joliet JackHammers

JOLIET, IL - The mystery woman was sighted again at Silver Cross Field by grounds keeper Nick Hill and his assistant "Hootie". This will mark the third sighting by staff, not including Jammer's visit with her upon his return from his balloon ride.

Last night, Wednesday, Oct. 28th, Nick Hill and "Hootie" were working their spots on the field between the tombstones and second base, for the Halloween party. While out there they noticed someone watching over the festivities from suite #1. At first they thought nothing of it. The outline they saw kind of looked like a version of Jammer so they thought he was taking a break from the hundreds of kids on the concourse. But, then they looked up on the concourse and who did they see - JAMMER messing with the kids as usual.

Yes, we know this may sound fishy being it was the JackHammers Halloween Hoedown and all, but Nick and "Hootie" swear by what they saw. Upon putting two and two together, Nick sent "Hootie" up to see who it was up in suite #1. All "Hootie" found was an empty hot dog wrapper and can of silly string. Jammer was questioned after the event and said at no time was he in suite #1. He only made it as far as the P.A. booth to help get the movie going.

If anyone has any information on whom this might be please contact the JackHammers front office at 815-726-2255.
