River City Rascals News Release
O'Fallon, MO - Bailey, the River City Rascals official team dog, will be celebrating her 2nd Birthday on Wednesday, December 3. Bailey is famous for bringing out the official game balls to the umpire during every Rascals home game as well as her victory lap around the bases after every Rascals home victory.
Bailey is a fan favorite at T.R. Hughes Ballpark. Her favorite thing to do is taking walks with Bubble Gum Bob and Dan the 50-50 Man around the ballpark to greet all Rascals fans and make sure they are having a great time. She also loves doggie treats, playing fetch, and having her belly scratched.
Be sure to take your family to Kennelwood Pet Resort located at 418 S. Church Street in St. Peters between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm on December 3 to wish her a Happy Birthday. Kennelwood has been the official Pet Resort of the River City Rascals and Bailey for the past two seasons. They specialize in boarding, grooming, and creating a full-service vacation type setting for your pets.
"We appreciate all of the time Kennelwood has spent training Bailey to make her the wonderful mascot she is," says Rascals President Steve Malliet. "We can't wait to see what Kari (her trainer) is teaching Bailey for next season."

The Rascals are entering into their 11th season in 2009 and invite everyone to "Join the Fan-Mily." Opening Day is May 23, 2009 when the Rascals open up against the Gateway Grizzlies.
