Southern Professional Hockey League Forms Partnership With B2 Networks

Dallas, TX. - The Southern Professional Hockey League and B2 Networks today announced a multi year deal bringing all SPHL regular season and playoff games to the industry leader in broadband broadcasting. The first broadcasts will begin with Opening Night on October 24 and continue through the final game of the SPHL President's Cup. "We look forward to starting a relationship with such a credible operation like B2 Networks and hope that our fans enjoy the enhancement of options that this new partnership will bring to the SPHL. " said Jim Combs, SPHL Commissioner.

Fans wanting to watch SPHL hockey via B2 Networks will have several options to follow their favorite team on B2. Individual game viewing for all league contests is available for $7 dollars (US) per game. For those interested in following one team for the entire regular season, there is the "B2 Power Play", a pass to watch all games home and away for your favorite team at a price of $140 (US). B2onDemand will offer a copy of any game broadcast on the Network to fans wanting a permanent keepsake for $19.95 (US). To watch live SPHL action on B2 networks a high-speed Internet connection and a current version of Microsoft Windows Media Player is needed. To access broadcasts, fans can log on through their individual team websites, www.thesphl.com or www.b2tv.com .
