Newly Drafted MAINEiacs to Play at North Yarmouth Academy

Lewiston, ME- The Lewiston MAINEiacs are happy to announce that 4 out of the top 5 2008 MAINEiacs draft picks will be playing at North Yarmouth Academy Tuesday, July 8 at 3:50 PM; and Wednesday, July 9 at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

The International Scouting Service will be hosting 3 exhibition games at NYA's Travis Roy Arena in preparation for the Chowder Cup next week in Boston. New MAINEiacs draft picks Garrett Clarke, Zach Phillips, Zach Shannon, and Travis Moore will be on hand along with Moncton Wildcats defenseman Brandon Gormley, and PEI Rocket forward Ben Duffy. The international team will play against a USA team that features USHL players and NCAA prospects.

MAINEiacs fans will have their first chance to see the new faces of the QMJHL right here in Maine. Admission is free, and MAINEiacs players will be available after the games.
