On Sunday December 16th the Edmonton Chill are holding their second Open House of the year. Also in the gym that afternoon, they will conduct their first ever free-agent camp. The event will be held at the Grant MacEwan Gym located at 10700 104th Avenue, Ed, AB, T5J 4S2 (Center for Sport and Wellness), and runs from 1-5pm. Refreshments will again be served.
Once again, any fan that making a deposit on season's tickets will be able to choose their exact seats and will receive free Edmonton Chill merchandise, courtesy of the Edmonton Chill and All-Star Sports, the team's official merchandise distributor.
Adding to the day's excitement is the free-agent camp that will be held during the Open House. The first of several open tryouts will be administered by head coach Paul Sir as the Chill looks for more local talent to attend the team's training camp in March of 2008. The cost will be $75, which includes lunch and their official jersey from the camp. The tryout is for serious applicants only; we are looking for players with a minimum of two years of varsity high school experience.
