
Suspension imposed to Kevin Cormier of the Halifax Mooseheads

BOUCHERVILLE, Wednesday April 13, 2005 (QMJHL) - The Prefect of Discipline of the Québec Major Junior Hockey League, Mr Maurice Filion, imposed today a suspension of one game to Kevin Cormier of the Halifax Mooseheads.
This sanction follows the action of Kevin Cormier, incident that occurred in the G-1 game on Friday April 8. Cormier made an unnecessary contact with the goaltender of the Gatineau Olympiques, David Tremblay.
This suspension comes into full force today, Wednesday April 13, 2005.
Accordingly to the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, Mr Filion will not be available for further comments.
