Two Lemurs Relievers Headed to Arizona

September 22, 2015 - Laredo, TX - One day after winning the franchise's first American Association championship, the Laredo Lemurs had the contracts of RHP John Brebbia and RHP Luis De La Cruz purchased by the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. In 2015, Brebbia set a Laredo franchise record with 19 saves, tied for fifth-most in the league, to go along with a 7-2 record and a miniscule 0.98 ERA. September 10, 2015 - Laredo 12, Wichita 3 (Laredo leads series, 1-0) After falling behind early, the Laredo Lemurs roared back in a big way to defeat the Wichita Wingnuts, 12-3 in game one of the best-of-five semifinal series. Wichita would get the scoring started in the second inning. With one out, LF Harrison Kain doubled home 3B TJ Mittelstaedt and C John Nester to give the Wingnuts a 2-0 lead. Lemurs Last Game Scheduled for 2:05pm on Monday

September 3, 2015 - Laredo, TX - Monday September 7, 2015 is the last game of the regular season for the Laredo Lemurs. On Labor Day the Laredo Lemurs will host the Sioux City Explores at 2:05pm at Uni-Trade Stadium. The game was scheduled for 7:30pm, but the league mandates that the game doesn't start past 2:00pm.  The Laredo Lemurs are in the playoff hunt and Monday's game could be the deciding contest that can thrust the Lemurs into the playoffs.
