Monroe, WA - The Volcanoes torrid start to the 2008 continued on Saturday, with Vancouver prevailing over the Explosion 113-100 at the Monroe Sports Arena. The Volcanoes overcame a dismal first half (28% from the field) to rally in the second and secure the win.
Kevin Tyner had a terrific outing for Vancouver-recording game-highs in points (30) and rebounds (11). Brad Lechtenberg added 27 points, going 7 for 11 from behind the arc. Donald Watts scored 20 points to lead the Explosion.
