Amarillo, TX - The Champions Indoor Football League released its Year End Awards for the 2019 season.

Stephanie Tucker, owner and General Manager of the Amarillo Venom, was named CIF Executive of the Year. This award is given to the CIF Team Owner, General Manager, or Front Office Employee that performed above and beyond for the 2019 season. Qualities such as team management and guidance, participation on league matters, sales, leadership, efforts to improve the CIF, and overall representation of their respective team and the CIF.

The awards are voted on by each team in the Champions Indoor Football League that is based in the Midwest. The CIF is made up from 8 teams in the Midwest.

Owner Stephanie Tucker was quoted saying "Being nominated and selected by your peers is the ultimate compliment. It is also satisfying to know that the league that you helped get started from the ground up is having such success and look forward to seeing where it will take the Venom and Amarillo."

The Amarillo Venom was also awarded Best Game Day Operations. This award is given to the Team that did the best job with game presentation including; half-time shows, giveaways, music, routines, and crowd interaction. "Our staff works hard to entertain our fans. We want the game to be more than just a game...it's an experience for all ages!" states owner Stephanie Tucker.

When it comes to WINNERS on the field, the Amarillo Venom was recognized in top awards. Venom Quarterback Nate Davis was voted as CIF Most Valuable Player and the Offensive Player of the Year. "This has been Nate's top year even after playing 7 years with our team in our system," coach Julian Reese.

Veteran Jacob Felton won the Special Teams awards hands down. "Having Jacob on the roster is a special weapon that Coach Reese needs to always be thankful for," stated fellow CIF Owner Richard Davis of the Enid Flying Aces. "He can not only make field goals, but his onside kicks are a secret weapon the Venom always have!"
